In a large bowl, mix 2 cups flour and salt. Add warm water and vegetable oil; knead into a smooth dough. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
For the filling, combine sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and 1 tablespoon melted butter or oil. Mix well.
Divide dough into 8 equal portions. Roll each into a thin circle. Place a spoonful of filling in the center. Fold edges to seal, then flatten gently into a disc.
Brush each disc with remaining melted butter or oil, then press into sesame seeds to coat both sides.
Place pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm. Enjoy the flaky, sweet sesame pastries.
