黄山芝麻酥饼

In a large bowl, mix flour and 2 tablespoons of oil. Gradually add warm water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine sesame paste and sugar to make the filling.
Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each into a thin circle, brush with oil, and roll up like a jelly roll. Then coil the roll into a spiral and flatten with your palm.
Place a spoonful of sesame filling in the center of each flattened dough, wrap it up, and pinch to seal. Gently flatten into a disc.
Brush the top of each disc with water and press into sesame seeds to coat.
Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Cook each cake for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
Serve warm as a snack or with tea.
