green bell pepper

soy sauce
Shaoxing wine

wooden skewers
soaked in water for 30 minutes
In a bowl, combine beef cubes with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and vegetable oil. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
Thread the marinated beef, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion alternately onto the soaked skewers.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates.
Place skewers on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until beef is cooked through and vegetables are slightly charred.
While grilling, sprinkle cumin powder, chili powder, and salt over the skewers, turning to coat evenly.
Remove from grill and serve hot. Enjoy as a street food snack or with steamed rice.
